How long will it take to finish my order?

The average turnover time for an embroidery piece to be complete is 7 days. As orders increase in size, this may differ. Production only starts once the payment has been made.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing (relative to embroidery) is the process of converting a file into a sequence of instructions the embroidery machine can interpret to sew thread in a specific way. Digitizing is a form of art, made up of multiple segments to create an image. It is a process that requires time to build the design/ recreate the design into an embroidery format.

Embroidery digitization is the process of converting an existing piece of artwork, such as a company logo, into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can then read and use to replicate the design on a garment

Will I need to supply my own garments?

I have stock of t-shirts and various caps and can help with the sourcing of certain apparel. You are welcome to bring your own garments, strips of fabric or items.
